Note: Email Issue: If you are a using Outlook or Outlook express as you email client you are probably not receiving some of our communication email. This is due to a bug in the Microsoft junk mail filter; we have reported this issue to Microsoft. If you check you junk mail folder you will find any missing email. Our recommend fix for this problem is to go to your junk email folder and if you see an email there from info@shuttervillage.com right click on the email, move the mouse down to the ?Junk E-mail? option in the drop down menu and select the option ?Add Senders Domain to Safe Senders List.
